HOMEWORK:
In a piece of paper write pairs of sentences (1 active and 1  passive) for each tense (simple present, simple past, present progressive, present perfect and modal verb (can)). Hand it out to the teacher on the second class of the week.

Example

Simple present
Wilson does the dishes everyday - The dishes are done by Wilson everyday. 

Simple past
My friends wrote a novel last summer - A novel was written by my friends last summer


Present Progressive
Ricky is carving pumpkins - Pumpkins are being carved by Ricky


Present Perfect
Kara and Clayton have repaired 3 cars - 3 cars have been repaired by Kara and Clayton

Modal verb (can)
Jonah can eat really spicy food - Really spicy food can be eaten by Jonah

MOCK EXAM TO STUDY FOR 1ST CUT EXAM

A continuación encontrarán un documento que corresponde a un mock exam (examen de prueba) para estudiar y prepararse para el examen del primer corte. El mismo cuenta con todas las secciones reales del examen y todos los posibles temas que podrían aparecer en dicha evaluación (el día viernes también dejaré este archivo en físico en la papelería DJ para que lo fotocopien en caso de que les resulte más fácil).
También dejo los audios para que puedan resolver la sección de escucha (listening) del mock exam.
